How long does it take for my order to be processed?

From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider. 

Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 7-14 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. Don’t fret, though! It’s super easy to restock and your wait time will be minimized!

Shipping: Shipping options can range from 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select. Expedited service is available for some orders upon request.

 

Can I pick up my order?

Currently, we can not accommodate order pickups.

 

Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

We will send you tracking information with the automatic shipping notification you receive after an order is fulfilled. 

 

In the case of returns, how do you handle a returned shipment that was undeliverable as addressed?

 

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. If the item is returned to our facility, someone from our team will contact you regarding the return. We will ship the return back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns are restocked after 30 days.

  

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Your client is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are fulfilled and shipped within 7-14 business days. 

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Please mail your return to the address below:
